This site makes a promise on its Data page: we show our work, all of it. As of this week that’s a download, not a slogan.

What’s in it

The data appendix is a small ZIP of plain CSV files — every figure published on this site, machine-readable, each row carrying its source:

• District 90 voter registration, from the Florida Division of Elections book-closing report
• Election history and ballots cast, 2020 through the 2025 special
• The path-to-win model’s assumptions, so you can check the arithmetic behind the calculator
• District demographics from the U.S. Census ACS
• The insurance figures from the Office of Insurance Regulation
• Reported campaign finance for the incumbent

Why bother

Because “evidence-led” ought to be checkable, or it’s just a nicer word for trust me. If a number on this site is wrong, someone with a spreadsheet should be able to catch it. We’d rather be corrected than comfortable — that’s how an engineer runs anything.

The appendix is refreshed as its underlying sources are updated; each file carries its retrieval date.
